This is the second of two online workshops, and follows on from Workshop 1. You will need to register for Workshop 1 and Workshop 2.

In this session you will learn to:

·  assess if good financial governance is in place

·  interpret the financial reports

·  develop your budget for the financial year

·  analyse the organisation's financial health

·  link the strategic plan to the budget and financial reports

·  determine the apporpirate level of euqity for your Neighbourhood House

·  understand the financial controls requires to protect your assets
