About the event
This month we are having our Chair Forum as an in-person event, with lunch provided and a guest speaker. It will be an opportunity for you and other members of your committee/board to meet other neighbourhood house chairs and committee/board members, talk about the challenges and opportunities in your neighbourhood house, and develop networks and supports at a local level.
Some things to keep in mind:
- We understand that the cost of travel can be a barrier to you attending, so we will pay a travel subsidy of $100 per neighbourhood house for anyone travelling further than 20km
- For this event to be meaningful we need at least 10 participants. The event will not go ahead with less than 10
- There is a maximum of 2 participants per neighbourhood house committee/board (Chair + one other)
- Lunch will be provided
