This training will be over two online sessions - you will need to ensure you have registered for both:

We don’t become involved with our Neighbourhood House to do the financials – for most people, numbers aren’t their thing. However, understanding the story of the numbers is important to be able to use the information to track progress against our plan and to be able to make informed decisions through the ever-present changes and challenges. The strategic management of the organisation’s financial resources will assist organisations to thrive in the future.
The journey to understanding the financial reports is easier once you decode the language used in reports, which gives clarity to what information is being presented then to work out what’s in the report and what is not.
